Specialist in Temperature Control

Busse Heizplattentechnik GmbH in Espelkamp is a medium-sized family business founded in 1986 and forms the core business of the Busse Group. Around 50 employees develop, design and produce custom electric heating plates, combination heating plates, medium heating plates, cooling plates and temperature-control plates with welded flow-through coils for liquid heat transfer media or steam. The tube systems inside the plates are made of aluminium, copper or steel. In addition to heating plate technology, the portfolio includes press tools made of aluminium, wood or steel for the wood-processing industry, preheating stations and heating tables, tool and control cabinet construction, aluminium processing as well as reverse engineering with CAD/CAM design. Core industries are woodworking and formwood presses, automotive, food and sports industry, composite materials and lightweight construction as well as adhesive technology and 3D printing. Around 3,000 components leave the plant in Espelkamp in East Westphalia each year, some with component sizes of up to 9,200 x 2,800 mm.
