About Bussmer & Orben

Bußmer & Orben GmbH & Co KG is a family company founded in 1950, now in its 3rd generation, based in the Ost industrial park in Bad Kreuznach-Planig. The company processes natural stone of all rock types such as granite, marble, slate and limestone as well as wood, steel and bronze. Its service areas include gravestone art (single, double and urn graves, ornaments, additional inscriptions, sculptural work), natural stone design for living spaces such as kitchen worktops, vanity tops, shower walls, window sills and floor coverings, staircase construction in stone, wood and steel including the patented cantilevered PEBU-3 bolt staircase, as well as gardens and outdoor facilities with natural stone fountains, water features, glacial erratics and bronze figures. Production is carried out flexibly in the company's own workshop according to customer designs; the production and exhibition hall covers around 5,000 m² on a site of over 35,000 m². Since 2005 a computer-controlled bridge saw has been in use, and the company also has its own metalworking shop. An installation service handles delivery and professional on-site installation; restorations and rework of gravestones complete the offering. The 23-strong team accompanies projects from consultation through planning and production to installation and care advice.
