The company was formed in 2023 through the merger of six legacy brands of the Barry-Wehmiller Group: Paper Converting Machine Company (PCMC), Winkler+Dünnebier (W+D), Baldwin Technology, Hudson-Sharp, STAX Technologies and Northern Engraving and Machine (NEMCO). The portfolio includes tissue converting and packaging machines, envelope and mail inserting technology, bag and pouch machines, engraved rolls for embossing, print inspection systems, and end-of-line automation with conveying and palletizing.
