BW Kunststoffe e.K. from Heilbronn is a system partner for plastic sheets, engineering plastics, plastic machining, rubber goods, sealing technology and technical industrial supplies. The company manufactures custom-cut plastic parts (sheet thicknesses 1–100 mm), CNC milled and turned parts including 5-axis machining as well as milled and turned parts made of aluminium. In addition, it offers rubber processing by plotting, waterjet cutting, CO2 laser, bending and sawing, seals to drawing, punched parts, centreless cylindrical grinding, edge polishing as well as display and signage fabrication. CNC machining achieves tolerances of 0.05 mm, as required in aircraft parts, medical device and automotive manufacturing; further customer groups come from medicine/dentistry, trades and the advertising technology sector. Machined materials include POM-C, PA6, PA6 G, PA6.6, PA12, PE1000/500/300, PEEK, PVDF, PTFE, PP, PVC, PMMA, PC and rubber. Customers are supplied via an online shop as well as individual fabrication to drawing; as a sole proprietorship (e.K.), it is run by Mehmet Öksüz.
