BWF Armaturen GmbH & Co. KG is an independent, family-owned company based in Bexbach (Saarpfalz-Park, Saarland) specialising in the service, overhaul, repair, optimisation and automation of gas, kerosene, energy and industrial valves. The service spectrum covers gate valves, ball valves and valves regardless of manufacturer and type: conversion from gland packing to O-ring sealing and from polyamide to brass bushes, elimination of leaks, remedying stiff operation of buried valves, complete overhauls in the workshop, manufacture and delivery of valve spare parts and accessories such as valve extensions, as well as automation with remotely controllable actuators. In-house design and manufacturing with a high level of in-house production depth are carried out on the company's own machine park. Stationary and mobile valve and actuator test benches enable function tests including electrical documentation in the workshop and directly on site at the customer's premises. The company also supports the implementation of EU Regulation 2019/942 on reducing methane emissions in the energy sector. Customers come from the energy supply sector (gas and electricity grid operators), industry (chemicals, petrochemicals, pipelines) as well as from valve, gearbox and actuator manufacturers in Germany and Luxembourg.
