About the BWF Group
The BWF Group (BWF Offermann, Waldenfels & Co. KG) is a family-owned company in its fifth generation, headquartered in Offingen, Bavaria. The company manufactures technical needle felts and wool felts, high-performance industrial filters and filter media (filter bags) for industrial dedusting, as well as plastic profiles, sheets, tubes, optical films and deep-drawn parts produced by extrusion. Under the BWF Group brand umbrella, four business divisions are bundled: BWF Envirotec (Filtration & Environment), BWF Protec (technical needle felts for heat protection among others), BWF Profiles (plastics engineering) and HEY-SIGN by BWF Group (felt products for interior design and acoustics). Manufacturing includes needling of felts, extrusion of plastics, deep drawing and CNC machining of plastic parts. Around 1,750 employees at 15 production sites in eleven countries serve industries such as power plants, waste incineration, the cement, steel, aluminium and glass industries, lighting, medical technology and interior design.
