BWN Betonfertigteilwerk GmbH & Co. KG is a modern precast concrete plant based in Neuwied on the Rhine and has been in existence for around 30 years. Its range of services covers the planning, production and delivery of custom precast concrete parts for residential, commercial and industrial construction, including structural precast components, sandwich wall panels with wing-smoothed solid walls as the standard version, as well as a wide variety of built-in elements such as watertight wall penetrations and earthing systems. Production takes place on state-of-the-art plant technology: a CAD-controlled formwork robot, a fully automated straightening and cutting machine and a placing robot produce the reinforcement on formwork tables before the elements are poured automatically. Thanks to weather-independent prefabrication, the precast elements enable short construction times and cost certainty on the construction site. In addition to manufacturing, BWN offers structural analysis and recalculation, design and precast planning, assembly plans, just-in-time delivery as well as on-site assembly including the provision of assembly equipment and construction site inspections.
