Specialist in one component since 1980

C.E. Schneckenflügel GmbH is a manufacturer of helicoid flight segments based in Edewecht, Lower Saxony, which since 1980 has produced exclusively this single component. At the plant on Industriestraße, screw flight segments are manufactured for screw conveyors, earth augers, mixers and centrifuges — from in-house laser and plasma cutting through pressing to one hundred percent inspection on the gauge. Production covers ten geometries plus custom designs, from cylindrical and conical through progressive pitches to crimped, toothed and perforated versions; thicknesses of 2 to 60 mm and diameters of 40 to 3000 mm are in the product range. The material warehouse stocks 25 steel grades in 90 variants — from structural steel S235JR through stainless steels and duplex to Hardox, Creusabro and manganese hard steel. With more than 3 million documented pressings, paperless Industry 4.0 production and express delivery in 24–48 hours, the company serves customers throughout Europe.
