About C-THERMAL
C-THERMAL is an Austrian startup company based in Leibnitz that develops and distributes a smart thermal imaging camera of the same name. The goal is to make thermography usable without expert knowledge: the camera converts invisible heat radiation into visible light and automatically detects suspicious areas such as thermal bridges and damp masonry. The key technical features are a range of up to 300 m, an OLED display, a measuring range from -25 °C to 150 °C, video streaming via WLAN to a smartphone or PC, a USB port and wireless charging; five display modes are available (Ironbow, Ironblack, White-Hot, Black-Hot, Rainbow). The fields of application include energy optimization, night vision for personal safety, work and hobby, and tracking down animals; professional applications such as medical technology are also mentioned as a field of use. At the time of publication, the company is still in the process of being founded.
