CADCABEL GmbH, founded in 1998, is an owner-managed family business in its second generation, headquartered in Hohengandern near Kassel/Göttingen. The company assembles single wires using bundle technology as well as multi-core and shielded cables – cut to exact length, printed and fitted with wire-end ferrules or special contacts. The products are ready to connect and are based on the wiring data of customer projects. More than 150,000 wiring harnesses are manufactured at the site each year, from lot size 1 through to industrial high-volume series. In addition, CADCABEL offers engineering services around E-CAD systems (EPLAN, E3.series, WSCAD), 3D layout and routing, as well as proprietary software such as BundleCalc® and an online ordering system. Customers come from control cabinet construction, mechanical and plant engineering, and energy, rail and transport technology; delivery is just-in-time within Germany from 24 hours and in Europe from 48 hours.
