About Zur Hasenburg
The Café und Restaurant Zur Hasenburg of the Böttger family is located in Lüneburg in the Hasenburg, built around 1400, which was used as a defensive tower in the Middle Ages. The building at what was then the southern city entrance is part of the historic fortifications of the city, which also included the Papenburg near Bardowick, the Eulenburg and the Alte Turm. The kitchen offers hearty home-style cooking for large and small appetites as well as cold and warm buffets for celebrations. For family celebrations, anniversaries, Christmas parties and company events, a restaurant for up to 120 people is available with catering, beverage service, service and decoration as well as DJ arrangement on request. In addition, there is a beer garden and public events such as dance parties, disco nights and live music concerts.
