About CAISLEY International
CAISLEY International GmbH, based in Bocholt (North Rhine-Westphalia), manufactures animal identification systems for cattle, pigs, sheep and goats – from visual ear tags of the PrimaFlex, MultiFlex and FlexoPlus product lines to electronic RFID ear tags (FlexoTronic, GenoTronic) and ear tags with tissue sampling function (FlexoPlusGeno). The portfolio is complemented by ear tag applicators, readers, bolus and injectate solutions as well as laboratory equipment for sample registration and storage. The core process is plastic injection moulding on 25 machines with clamping forces of 30 to 140 tonnes; precision parts from 0.18 to 120 grams are produced, supplemented by laser marking from small to large series. As an industrial supplier, the company also offers contract injection moulding and custom plastic solutions from planning through design to series production. A significant portion of production is exported to more than 70 countries. Up to 250,000 ear tags can be produced and marked per day.
