Producer of industrial enclosure technology

The caleg group is a producer and solutions provider for industrial enclosure technology, cabinet systems and assembly carriers. The group manufactures control cabinets, wall-mounted enclosures, terminal boxes, small enclosures, 19-inch racks, plastic enclosures, front panels and customer-specific welded assemblies – from one-off designs to large series. The value chain includes CNC punch-laser processing, press-brake, swivel-bending and roll bending, welded assembly production (MIG, MAG, TIG, plasma, laser, spot welding, stud welding), powder coating, anodizing finishes, screen and pad printing, PU foam seal application as well as assembly. Materials are structural steel, stainless steel (V2A) and aluminum, supplemented by plastic and laminated safety glass. Customers are found in the electrical industry, in machinery and control engineering, in intercom systems, emergency call and alarm systems as well as in studio and event technology. Three plants in Calau, Lubsko and Saarbrücken use largely identical production technologies to flexibly balance peak capacity utilization.

Quality

Component quality is ensured, among other things, by coating thickness measurement in powder coating as well as weld seam finishing (grinding, glass bead blasting, pickling) in various quality classes. The caleg Schrank und Gehäusebau GmbH and the cam GmbH carry the „Sicher mit System“ (Safe with System) quality seal of the BGHM.
