About Camillo Krejci Polymertechnik
Since 1954, Camillo Krejci Polymertechnik GmbH has been producing plastic cages for rolling bearings and technical precision parts made of plastic in Getzersdorf, Lower Austria. The plastic cage developed in 1956 replaced the sheet-metal retainers previously common in rolling bearings and still forms the core of the product range of around 3500 different cages. Production is carried out by plastic injection moulding in large series; to this end, the company processes high-quality engineering polymers such as Ultramid (BASF), Stanyl (DSM) and Zytel (DuPont). Injection moulding tools are designed and manufactured in the company's own mould making shop. In addition to cages for rolling bearings and needle bearings (also via the subsidiary Buchholz & Hüske), tool safety devices (limit switch WS201) are offered. The family-owned company supplies around 100 customers in approximately 20 countries, in particular the rolling bearing and automotive industries; 73 employees generate an export share of 93%.
