About Capelec
Capelec is a French manufacturer of vehicle inspection equipment headquartered in Montpellier. The product range includes inspection lanes and test benches for brakes, shock absorbers and wheel play (stand-alone units or as an inspection lane), exhaust gas analyzers and opacimeters for petrol and diesel engines, particle counters (PN measurement) based on Extended Diffusion Charging technology, headlight alignment testers, speed measuring devices, rev counters, and EOBD readers. The devices are used for cars, trucks, two- and three-wheeled vehicles, and construction vehicles, and are available as stand-alone units or as fully equipped inspection lanes for inspection centers and workshops. Capelec also supports customers in setting up new inspection centers and distributes its products through an international network, including a distribution partnership with Bosch.
