About Carbon Heater
Carbon Heater GmbH, based in Bad Dürrheim, develops and manufactures custom heating and control technology: flexible surface heating elements and foil heaters in various sizes, shapes and power ratings as well as radiant heaters and temperature controllers. The manufacturing portfolio includes silicone, polyester and Kapton heating elements, textile heating elements and carbon heating elements with silver electrodes; depending on the process, the maximum size reaches up to 3.000 x 940 mm with heights from 0.2 mm. In addition to the heating elements, the company provides complex system solutions including design, development, cable assembly, temperature control and module assembly. Fields of application include automotive (including seat, interior and battery heating), large-scale catering technology, medical technology, climate and simulation technology as well as building technology. Own product worlds are the waterbed heaters manufactured in Germany since 2003, the HACCP-compliant HotPAD thermobox heater and the 3in1 desk climate device TischKlima. Products are sold B2B through an own shop and through 1.100 specialist retailers worldwide.
