About Carbonline

Carbonline is an owner-managed company based in Menden, specialized in graphite technology with more than 30 years of experience in this field. The company manufactures components made of graphite and CFC (Carbon Fiber reinforced Carbon) on modern CNC-controlled turning and milling machines as well as on conventional machining equipment – from individual one-off parts to series production. These components are used in particular in high-temperature applications in vacuum or in protective gas atmospheres, for example in vacuum furnaces that reach temperatures of up to 2000 °C for graphitization and for sintering non-oxide ceramics and cemented carbides. In addition to pure manufacturing, Carbonline offers new builds, revisions and optimizations of vacuum hot zones, complemented by charging technology for high-temperature treatment, measurement fixtures for furnace initial setup (which withstand temperatures of over 1500 °C) as well as components made of molybdenum and ceramics. Fields of application include research, engineering and industrial production.
