C.A.PICARD is an international manufacturer of corrosion- and wear-resistant precision metal parts, headquartered in Germany with branches in North America and Asia. The portfolio includes press, die-cutting, lamination, separator and carrier plates for the die-cutting and PCB industries, wear parts for single and twin screw extruders (barrels, shafts, screws), components for underwater and strand pelletizers such as pellet plates, knives, rotor cutters and hole bushes, as well as foundry products. Production relies on modern heat treatment and machining processes, including precision grinding, hardened steel materials such as 4140, TiC composite materials, bi-metal and PM steels. In addition, the company offers services such as wear measurement on barrels, barrel endoscopy, barrel relining, screw dismantling with its own machine technology (FD200P, FDS, FDX) and reverse engineering. Since January 2023, USG Uwe Stücke Granuliertechnik GmbH has been part of the group, expanding the pelletizing expertise. The North American branch in Battle Creek, Michigan, combines manufacturing, engineering and sales for the American market.
