About Hilzinger-Thum – Polishing tools for over 120 years
Carl Hilzinger-Thum GmbH & Co. KG distributes polishing and grinding tools for professional surface finishing under the EICKELIT brand. The company manufactures polishing wheels, mop wheels, polishing rings, fleece flap wheels, grinding stars as well as tube and tool brushes made of cotton fabric, molton, sisal, linen and nylon abrasive fleece with silicon carbide or aluminum oxide grit. Tools are freely configurable online (diameter 150–960 mm, individual bores and mounts) and are custom-made to customer specifications; shank tools with 6 mm or 8 mm shanks complement the product range. Fields of application include aluminum and stainless steel polishing, plastic and paint finishing, brass instruments, tuning, design grinding as well as furniture and woodworking. The headquarters are located in Tuttlingen; the standard range is shipped within 3–4 business days, with a 48h service available for stock items.
