About CAS-Kunststoffe

CAS-Kunststoffe GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Höchstadt (Middle Franconia), specializes in technical and high-tech thermoplastics. The portfolio includes virgin materials, industrial grades, specialty compounds and regranulates, tailored to customers' requirements. In addition to compounding to customer formulations – also in small series – the company operates plastics recycling, producing regranulates and recompounds from plastic waste. Complementary contract services such as pulverizing, pelletizing and compounding are offered. A broad range of thermoplastic materials is processed, from PA, PC, ABS and POM types to high-performance polymers such as PPS, PEI, PPA, PVDF and PEEK, reinforced and modified with glass and carbon fibers, mineral fibers, glass beads, micro hollow glass spheres for lightweight applications, as well as filler-based sliding-friction and conductivity modifications. All materials are marketed under the product name LASTIK®. Customers include companies from plastics processing (injection molding/extrusion) as well as automotive and electrical/electronics.
