About Caslog
Caslog develops a wearable care-capture system for military and civilian emergency medicine. The device worn by the casualty records treatment events along the entire evacuation chain: caregivers speak during treatment, the system transcribes the speech using AI and generates a structured, time-stamped patient record from it. Vital signs can optionally be captured automatically by the device. The record is transmitted via existing networks to the command level, which receives a live situational picture of every casualty. In addition to combat operations, the system is used for documenting exercises and civilian emergency medical services. Caslog was founded by two active-duty officers – a Swiss software engineer and commander of a medical company, and a Ukrainian officer – and operates from the locations Zurich and Kyiv.
