Cassismanufaktur Danner GmbH & Co. KG is a family-owned business in Brackenheim-Stockheim that grows blackcurrants (cassis) on more than 48 ha of its own cultivation area around Stockheim and processes them further. Only sun-ripened fruit is harvested, hand-sorted and processed immediately. The product range includes alcoholic beverages such as brandies, liqueurs, gin, gin liqueur, semi-sparkling wine and spiced rum from the in-house distillery as well as non-alcoholic beverages such as single-variety juice, nectar, syrup, spritzer and smoothies. In addition, fruit spreads, sauces, balsamic vinegar, mustard, dried and freeze-dried fruits, fruit gums, chocolate and muesli bars as well as body care products such as shea cream and manufactory soap are produced. Quality, from planting to compiling the product range, is monitored in all phases of production.
