About CCA
CCA GmbH, based in Löhne (North Rhine-Westphalia), is a manufacturer of adjustable calibration sleeves for plastic pipe extrusion. The company has more than 20 years of experience in plastic pipe extrusion and develops calibration sleeves based on its own patents. For PE and PP pipes, conventional as well as adjustable systems with 1-, 2- or 4-point adjustment and motor-adjustable sleeves are offered; for PVC pipes, conventional and 2-point adjustable systems are available. The sleeves, with outer diameters up to 2,400 mm, are individually planned and designed directly at CCA. The entire production, including turning, milling, polishing and complete final assembly, takes place in-house, so that despite their size, precisely adjustable, robust and low-maintenance components are created. Products are delivered worldwide; consulting, sales and service are managed centrally from Germany, supplemented by partners in Europe, Asia, North and South America and other regions.
