About CCL Design
CCL Design, a business unit of CCL Industries Inc., develops and manufactures printed, functional and decorative products for customers in the electronics, automotive, industrial, Home & Appliances and MedTech sectors. The portfolio includes labels and graphic overlays, printed electronics and HMI products (membrane switches, capacitive touch and force-touch systems), functional die-cut and composite components, adhesive tapes and specialty materials, decorative automotive products (emblems, treadplates, IMD/FIM components) as well as Brand Protection. Manufacturing techniques range from screen printing with conductive silver inks and coating of adhesive materials to die-cutting, cleanroom production of display lenses and assembly of subassemblies. Materials include polyester, polypropylene, polyimide, polycarbonate, aluminium, stainless steel, Tyvek and graphite thermal spreaders. The company operates seven Design Centres in Europe, the Americas, Greater China and ASEAN as well as manufacturing sites in Europe/Middle East, Greater China, ASEAN, North and South America, supporting customers from prototyping through PPAP to series production.
