About CCS fabric frame
CCS digital-fabric GmbH (brand CCS fabric frame), based in Düsseldorf, produces large-format textile prints and fabric tension frame systems for wall and ceiling design, trade fair construction, retail, events and office interiors. The product range includes Classic frames, LED lightboxes and acoustic frames with Basotect foam, complemented by banners, room dividers and acoustic ceiling sails. Production uses dye-sublimation printing at 300 dpi on fabric up to 2 m wide as well as latex printing with water-based inks, including on 100 % recycled PET. The aluminium frames are cut and formed to size; finishing includes keder processing, laser cutting, eyelets, tunnel hem and labeling. The 65-strong team produces up to 1000 m² of textile print with keder finishing per day and manages projects from concept through production to installation and worldwide shipping.
