CCSTEC Cleanroom Control and Sterilization Technology GesmbH (ccstec) specializes in cleanroom technology and particle metrology. Founded in 2004 and based in Oeynhausen south of Vienna, the company acts as the exclusive distributor of Lighthouse, selling their complete product line for Austria, Slovakia and Hungary, including airborne particle counters, liquid particle counters, microbial air samplers, HEPA air purifiers and monitoring systems for cleanroom monitoring (RTMS). The company's own service team performs calibrations according to ISO 21501-4:2018 and maintenance of particle counters and accessories – in the in-house laboratory or on site, optionally in the mobile calibration laboratory (calibration bus) with an ESD-safe interior, HEPA filter according to ISO 14644-1 Class 5 and temperature control. In addition, loaner devices such as particle counters, aerosol generators and microbial air samplers are available at short notice, as are rental and leasing options. ccstec advises customers on cleanroom planning, ISO cleanroom classes and conformity testing and is a partner to the Austrian pharmaceutical industry. With nine employees, a spare parts warehouse and a competence center for monitoring systems at the site, the company covers the entire value chain from consulting through sales to calibration and service.
