CDS-Maverick Deutschland GmbH, based in Grenzach-Wyhlen, specializes in the overhaul, optimization and new construction of drilling rigs of all brands and manufacturers. The service portfolio includes the life-cycle services Refresh (maintenance and repair), Rebuilt (overhaul and optimization) and Refit (modernization and system upgrade) as well as complete new construction according to the current state of the art. In addition, the company reproduces spare parts for models no longer available on the market and manufactures drilling accessories such as drill pipes, bits, hammers, jaw sets, diamond drill crowns and drill rod barrels to customer specifications. As a supplement, assemblies such as pullback devices, power rotary heads and hydraulic, electrical and mechanical structures are manufactured, a workshop and on-site hydraulic hose service with a mobile hose workshop is offered, and rental drilling rigs (tracked drilling rigs CR.X-11/4400) are provided. Own drilling rigs are under development. Customers come from mechanical engineering, drilling technology (HDD) and special machinery construction; Germany and Switzerland are served.
