About CDZ GmbH
CDZ GmbH, based in Neuss near Düsseldorf, was founded in October 2011 and is the authorized factory representative of ZD Motor (founded 2006) for precision gearboxes, planetary gearboxes, gear motors as well as motors and motor control systems in Germany. Core manufacturing is the punching and joining of electrical steel laminations from electrical steel strip (including Bao Steel and Wu Steel) at its own production plant Yuanzhong Motor Punching in Yuyao (Ningbo, Zhejiang, China) with over 20,000 m² of production space and 110 employees. The output includes stator, rotor and armature laminations, pole rings, punched, riveted, stapled and welded stator and rotor stacks, die-cast rotors as well as strip laminations and slit strip for transformer construction – with around 15 million motor core sets per year (approx. 80,000 stators/rotors per month). In addition, electromagnetic block, disc and drum brakes for elevators, escalators, cranes, stages, wind power and rail transport are offered with around 180,000 brake sets annually. As an OEM&ODM engineering service provider, CDZ together with the main production NUM supplies drawing parts (turning, milling, forging, casting, stamping, plastic injection molding, sheet metal processing, assembly) as well as machine accessories and system solutions for the European market.
