About CEBCON Technologies

CEBCON Technologies GmbH, headquartered in Hamburg, develops and manufactures modular systems for the processing and utilization of biomass. The portfolio includes the internationally patented pellet conditioner with heat recovery and improved fire protection, the sanitizing unit for decontaminating solid and flowable bio-substrates in accordance with European hygiene regulations, and the r2fuel system for producing climate-neutral fuels from residual and waste materials such as sewage sludge, wood and agricultural residues. The systems are designed as modular kits in standard container format, making them semi-mobile, flexibly deployable and equipped with defined interfaces. Materials processed include residues from the wood and agricultural industries such as sawmill residues, straw, shells, husks, solid fermentation residues, bamboo, miscanthus and solid manure. Prior to delivery, pre-assembly and testing take place at the factory, reducing assembly time at the customer's site by up to 80%. Target industries are the bioenergy sector, the wood and agricultural industries, the pellet industry, and waste and residual material recovery.
