CEFO-elastic-profil-GmbH is a manufacturer of sealing profiles for windows, doors and gates as well as custom profiles according to customer requirements, based in Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg. The company was founded more than 30 years ago and initially developed sealing solutions for wooden windows and wooden doors; the range was subsequently expanded to include seals for steel door frames, gates and various special profiles. Production is carried out by extrusion, including the combination of different materials in a single sealing profile. Available materials include PVC, SEBS, SBS and EPDM-PP. In-house design and toolmaking departments enable short-notice modification of existing profiles as well as complete new developments together with the customer. The service offering includes design, toolmaking, profile development, the online tools Profilfinder and Profilmaker, and a window test rig.

Quality
An in-house window test rig is available for testing the profiles during product development. Quality inspection is carried out via defect patterns, which are provided to the buyer upon request prior to delivery.
