About CellCore
CellCore is an engineering service provider specializing in bionic engineering and lightweight design. The interdisciplinary team supports product development from idea generation through concept development and feasibility analysis to the finished prototype. Core services include cross-material material and process selection, simulation-supported parametric design, topology optimization modeled on bone-like growth processes, and the development of functionally graded cellular structures such as honeycombs, foams, micro-lattices and auxetic structures. Every engineered component is validated through FE analysis and evaluation; where required, physical component testing complements the simulation. Using in-house capabilities and a partner network of manufacturing and finishing service providers, CellCore also offers prototyping, small-batch production and the brokerage of suitable series manufacturers. Metals, plastics, ceramics and composite materials are considered for industries with requirements for efficient lightweight design and integrated functionality.
