Cellgo GmbH, based in Paderborn, develops, manufactures and installs shuttle-based automated small-parts warehouses for medium-sized companies. The system consists of a compact rack frame for Euro containers, mobile shuttles for container transport and a light-guided picking station (Pick-to-Light); the control software integrates directly into existing ERP and WMS systems such as SAP and books withdrawals in real time with continuous inventory. Installation is turnkey, parallel to ongoing operations and without any interruption; racks and shuttles can be expanded during operation. The system works from 10 m² of floor space and 2.5 m ceiling height. Reference projects include CEWE, Ziller GmbH & Co. KG, JACOB, TROCKENDOCK, SDG and the University of Paderborn – in industries such as mechanical engineering, pipe systems, the photo industry, trades and the commercial vehicle industry.
