Cellofoam International GmbH & Co. KG has been a specialist in acoustic and thermal insulation for over 60 years. The company develops and manufactures ready-to-install, acoustically optimized products based on flexible foams, heavy foils and nonwovens, precisely tailored to customer requirements. The focus is on proprietary, protected processes such as the Cello® process for foam finishing, which is used to produce highly effective absorber foams. Flame lamination and thermal adhesive lamination processes create customized composite materials. The product portfolio comprises sound insulation and vibration isolation, adhesive tapes, laminated components, pipe insulation, ready-to-install 2D/3D interior parts made from nonwovens, and gaskets cut to millimeter precision. Customer industries include mechanical engineering, vehicles, heat pumps, interiors, medical technology, sporting goods and rail vehicles. Sound insulation products are also sold to small-scale and private customers via the soniflex webshop. Production takes place at the Ochsenhausen site in Baden-Württemberg.
