Since 1982, CELLTHERM Isolierung GmbH has been manufacturing PUR-insulated insulating panels with foam-embedded cam-lock fasteners as well as PUR-insulated hinged doors for demountable cold rooms, freezer rooms, and testing and climate chambers at its Gronau-Epe (Westphalia) site. The product range includes standard rooms, custom-made-to-measure solutions, cold room panels, floors, doors, and accessories such as refrigeration units and shelving systems. Production takes place in a highly automated manufacturing environment with a fully automated sheet metal processing center (loading tower, shear, punching head, press brake) and a shuttle press for foaming and pressing the insulating panels. Customers come from wholesale and retail, gastronomy and large-scale catering, the food trade and food industry, bakery refrigeration, as well as pathology, pharmacy, and laboratory technology. Together with a subsidiary in England and partners abroad, CELLTHERM supplies customers across Europe. In addition to manufacturing, the company offers consulting, site surveying, logistics, nationwide installation, and after-sales service with a spare parts warehouse.
