About CEM-Andres
CEM-Andres is a composite and electronics manufactory that produces fibre-composite components for industry, hobby, sport and design. Its range of services includes body and cladding parts in lightweight construction, repairs to plastic parts of all kinds, model and mould making including CNC model and mould milling as well as one-off and custom-made products, prototype construction and small-series production. In addition, the company has been manufacturing electrical and electronic components as contract work for more than ten years. The composites department has been in existence for around 23 years (as of 2014). The company became known, among other things, for supporting Sebastian Schmitt's hill-climb racing project, for which structural components were manufactured for a former Opel Astra Coupe V8 DTM and the technical implementation was accompanied. Further information on design options with fibre-composite materials is provided by the company in the Design Articles section.
