About centino
Since its foundation in 2022 in Hünenberg in the canton of Zug, centino ag has been developing, designing and manufacturing precision coffee grinders of the 8lines® product line. The starting point was the development of a grinder for industrial coffee machines, as existing solutions lacked performance, precision and control of the grinding temperature; after two years of development work on the grinding mechanics and grinding disc technology, today's range emerged. The portfolio comprises the compact retail grinder CS140 for coffee shops, roasteries and retail stores as well as the industrial grinder CI140 for continuous operation and industrial coffee production. Brushed aluminium and stainless steel are machined into precisely CNC-machined grinding discs; design, manufacturing, manual assembly and individual inspection of every grinder before delivery take place at the Hünenberg site. The three-person team brings over 30 years of experience in the coffee market and offers a modular service design that enables maintenance without an on-site specialist technician.
