About Centre®

Centre® (Centre Barbara Schardt e.K.) is a German company based in Dietersburg/Nöham in Lower Bavaria that has been developing, manufacturing and distributing positioning cushions and positioning aids for decubitus prophylaxis as well as orthopaedic products for over 20 years. In-house production at the German site includes the making-up and sewing of medical devices such as positioning snakes, body-contoured positioning rolls, tunnel slide aids, bed pull-up straps, heel protection sleeves, children's and baby positioning cushions, and cushion covers. The products are developed together with nursing care experts, customers and users in the outpatient and clinical sector. The filling materials used are polystyrene relaxation beads, washable high-tech fibre fillings with antibacterial protection, DuoComp special fillings and two-chamber systems; covers are made of cotton or polyurethane-coated moisture-protection covers. Products are sold via the company's own online shop, through medical supply stores/specialist retailers, and by prescription billing.

Same properties without antibacterial protection; washable up to 95 °C.
