Centrimax Winkelhorst Trenntechnik GmbH, based in Cologne, is a full-service supplier of factory-rebuilt and service-overhauled separators, decanters and industrial centrifuges from the manufacturers GEA Westfalia Separator, Alfa Laval, Flottweg, Siebtechnik, Krauss Maffei – KMPT, Ferrum, Andritz, Guinard, Heinkel and CEPA. The portfolio includes decanters (two-phase, tricanter, sedicanter, sorticanter), disc-stack separators, peeler, pusher, screen-scroll and inverting-filter centrifuges as well as other process machinery such as filters, dryers, evaporators, heat exchangers, pumps, mixers, screens and screw conveyors. The general overhaul comprises complete disassembly, blast cleaning and painting of frames and motors, measurement and repair of the bearing seats, replacement of seals and bearings with original parts, wear inspection, lubricant change as well as non-destructive material testing of rotating parts. On request, new PLC controls (Siemens S7) are manufactured; before delivery, test runs with vibration and leak measurements are performed on the company's own motor test bed. Customers come from dairies, beverage and juice production, the food, yeast and starch industries, biotech, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, fats and oils as well as industry and the environment.
