About Cepos InSilico

CEPOS InSilico GmbH was founded in 2002 to make the methods for surface-based molecular modeling developed in the Parashift Project (EuroQSAR 2002, Bournemouth) commercially available and to support their further development. The company offers software development and software consulting as well as in-silico screening, modeling and simulation solutions that enable predictions of biological activity, reactivity, environmental impact, and ADME and physical properties. Products such as ParaSurf, EMPIRE, CImatch, Cepos Suite, CADDLE and SAR-caddle were developed by researchers at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg and the company's own staff. ParaSurf and EMPIRE are used, among others, by Sanofi (Frankfurt). Since the restructuring in January 2018, all business activities have been conducted through CEPOS InSilico GmbH, headquartered in Breitengüßbach.
