About Ceramany
Ceramany GmbH is a manufacturer of technical high-performance ceramics founded in 1995, headquartered in Menden (Sauerland) with around 120 employees, 25 of whom work in quality assurance. The company manufactures complex ceramic components and composite materials in series production quantities – from standard parts such as cylindrical pins DIN 6325 to customer-specific drawing parts. The production chain includes ceramic injection moulding (low- and high-pressure, CIM), mechanical and hydraulic dry pressing, cold isostatic pressing (CIP, 180 MPa), ceramic 3D printing, CNC green machining, thermal treatment (debinding, sintering firing, cleaning firing, high-temperature firing) as well as an extensive precision grinding shop using diamond tools. Materials used include aluminium oxides, zirconium oxides, ZTA mixed oxides, silicon nitride and steatite. In-house design and an internal tool and mould making facility enable a rapid transition from metal and plastic components to durable ceramic solutions; the assembly of complete subassemblies and customer-specific warehousing secure the supply chain. Key industries are the textile industry (since 1995), mechanical and plant engineering, electrical and electronics manufacturing, as well as the automotive and medical technology sectors. In addition to its headquarters in Menden, the company maintains a site in Yixing (Jiangsu, China).
