About CETEC Service
CETEC SERVICE GmbH from Kerpen supports companies worldwide with planning, design and feasibility studies through to commissioning of fully automated production plants, including the coordination of all trades for CAPEX projects. The range of services covers industrial assembly, installation, repair and maintenance of production plants, with more than 25 years of experience in industrial maintenance of plants and equipment. The company implements extraction, evaporator, fractionation and distillation plants and carries out thermodynamic and hydraulic simulations. In addition, spare parts and manufactured parts are offered, including turned and milled parts according to drawing or STEP file as well as punched, bent and laser-cut parts. The product range includes PTFE gaskets, FEP/PFA-encapsulated O-rings, PTFE corrugated hoses and glass parts made of borosilicate glass 3.3. The target industries are mainly pharmaceutical, biochemistry and food industry as well as chemicals; the DGUV V3 electrical testing rounds off the service offering.

Quality & Testing
The DGUV V3 test (formerly BGV A3) ensures the safety of electrical systems and equipment; planned inspections and maintenance schedules increase plant availability (OEE). A MAS system allows plant efficiency and maintenance intervals to be tracked.
