Company

cetto Kunststoffverarbeitung GmbH (cetto GROUP), based in Saal a. d. Donau, is an owner-managed family business in its third generation and has been active in plastics processing since 1960. The company manufactures injection-molded parts from thermoplastics and thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) as well as plastic assemblies, system solutions and plastic-metal assemblies, primarily for the automotive and electronics industries. In addition to injection molding, including special processes such as multi-component (2K/3K) and insert molding, the group operates its own toolmaking facility and international tool sourcing. Services include product and process development with design engineering, Moldflow and FEM simulation, rapid prototyping, as well as assembly and finishing such as electroplating, painting, in-mold decoration and radiation crosslinking. The group comprises the headquarters cetto PLASTICS in Saal a. d. Donau (70 employees, as of 2021) and the production site cetto BOHEMIA s.r.o. in Dolní Rychnov, Czech Republic (80 employees, as of 2021), with machines up to 650 t clamping force. In total, the group employs more than 150 people across Europe.
