Materials & Processes
Carbon fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP)
High-strength lightweight material for tubes, shafts, rods and profiles in medical technology, automation and metrology.
Glass fiber-reinforced plastic (GFRP)
Robust fiber composite for tubes, telescopic systems and reinforcements.
Basalt fiber-reinforced plastic (BFRP)
Basalt fiber composite for composite cables and reinforcements with high performance.
Prepregs (resin-preimpregnated fabrics/plies)
Fabrics pre-impregnated with resin, which are wound around metal mandrels in winding technology.
Polyamide
Sheathing material for composite cables.
Polyethylene / HDPE
Sheathing material for composite cables, including high-density polyethylene.
Stainless steel
Tubes of high strength as a component in the multilayer basalt tube.
