About Chambrair
Chambrair is a manufacturer of wine climate cabinets and wine room climate control systems founded in Hamburg in 1983. The company developed the first wine climate cabinet in Germany and manufactures climate cabinets for storing wine, cheese and cigars to individual customer specifications. Production includes the design and assembly of the climate cabinets with temperature control, humidity control, UV protection, activated carbon filters and vibration damping. In addition to individual products, the company offers wine room climate control systems for wine cellars as well as rental of wine climate cabinets. The products are used in top gastronomy, hotels, on cruise ships and by private customers worldwide, including on AIDA ships, at the Hotel Intercontinental Berlin and at the Ottakringer Brewery in Vienna. Since 2015, Chambrair has been wholly owned by Coffema International GmbH, based in Hamburg. The company distributes worldwide through foreign representatives, including in Dubai, the UK and Japan.
