We Are Cheese Masters

cheezy is a company of Gourmino AG, which was founded in 2001 by five cheesemakers who wanted to market their cheese craftsmanship themselves. In the following years, the company developed into cheese affineurs and operates two affinage sites: in Langnau im Emmental, which is also home to the logistics hub, cheezy's packing operation and the office, as well as in Reichenbach, where cheese is matured in the natural mountain climate. The range comprises traditional cheese craftsmanship from its own and carefully selected third-party dairies; the dairies' production is oriented to the milk availability of the surrounding farms and processes fresh raw milk locally. Via the online shop cheezy.ch, the company distributes cheese boxes directly to end customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, with delivery every Thursday, chilled and packed in recyclable packaging. The managing directors are the cheesemakers Roland Sahli and Benj Vogel.
