CHEMA Anlagen- und Apparatebau GmbH, headquartered in Karlstadt (Bavaria), plans, designs and manufactures shredding machines and complete plants for recycling technology. The product range includes electronic scrap recycling plants (ES, throughput 3 or 5 t/h), used tire recycling plants (TRR), primary and secondary shredders (VZ, VZi, VZ TS, NZ), vertical impact crushers (VB), briquetting presses as well as vibrating troughs and vibrating screens. The scope of services ranges from the creation of complete plant layouts and 3D design to the manufacture of individual machines and complete plants, through to installation, commissioning, maintenance, spare parts supply, remote diagnostics and 24/7 service. The materials processed and recovered include electronic scrap, used tires, metals such as copper, aluminium and iron, plastics, glass, waste wood, paper, PET, biomass as well as precious metals such as gold, silver and palladium. More than 50 employees contribute experience in technical and process engineering questions of recycling technology. As a company of the SYSTEC Group, the GmbH draws on the diverse manufacturing and technology resources of the group.

Electronic Scrap Recycling Plant ES
Shreds 3 or 5 t of electronic scrap per hour and separates valuable materials such as aluminium, copper, iron and plastics.
Used Tire Recycling Plant TRR
Produces rubber granulates for insulation materials, asphalt admixture, automotive parts or flooring and separates rubber from steel.
Primary Shredder VZ
Robust two-shaft rotary shear with patented rapid blade change system for tires, metals and other difficult materials.
Inertized Primary Shredder VZi
Shredding of volatile, flammable and explosive substances under nitrogen inertization, suitable for drums and IBCs.
Primary Shredder VZ with Trommel Screen TS
Combination of rotary shear and trommel screen for a homogeneous final grain size with a footprint of only approx. 30 m².
Vertical Impact Crusher VB
Impact/percussion crusher with vertical impact tool shaft, resistant to foreign objects at continuously high throughput and low energy consumption.
