About Chemex Foundry Solutions
Chemex Foundry Solutions GmbH was founded in 1974 as a subsidiary of Hüttenes-Albertus Chemische Werke GmbH and is headquartered with its production plant in Delligsen. The company develops and manufactures chemical-metallurgical feeding systems for foundries, including Tele-Feeders with patented telescope technology, Tele-MT systems, compact feeders, breaker cores, side feeders and insertion sleeves for horizontal and vertical moulding lines. The products are used for cast iron, cast steel and non-ferrous alloys such as aluminium sand castings and are also available in fluoride-free formulations. The value chain includes in-house research and development in Hanover, the qualification of new feeder materials through to series maturity, and the manufacture of core shell particles (KHPs). As a service, Chemex offers mould filling and solidification simulations in cooperation with MAGMA. As a member of the HA Group, the company supplies foundries worldwide, with the European market served from the main plant in Delligsen.
