About CWL – Water Treatment Since 1988
CHEMIE+WASSER Lohbeck GmbH (CWL) has been active in industrial water treatment since 1988. The company, headquartered in Groß-Umstadt, develops and produces chemical conditioning agents (including Biotrol, Caltrol, Combitrol, Heikortrol, Neutrol, Oxytrol, Oxyzid, Stabitrol) and manufactures apparatus-based treatment systems in its own production facilities, such as water softening plants, reverse osmosis systems, EDI and full demineralization systems, as well as dosing and measurement and control technology. Its services include water and system analyses (CWL-Check with up to six water samples from its in-house laboratory), boiler feed water conditioning, cooling water treatment for evaporative cooling systems, and a complete solution for compliance with the 42nd BImSchV including hazard assessment, documentation, and preparation for expert inspection. Customers come, among others, from energy supply, the food and beverage industry, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and automotive supply. The team of more than 50 employees operates nationwide with field service and service teams; the company is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001.
