About Chemiepark Lülsdorf
Chemiepark Lülsdorf GmbH was newly founded in early 2024 as a central player within a chemical park association and continues the more than 100-year history of the Lülsdorf site. The company operates the chemical park between Cologne and Bonn in the Rhenish chemical belt and provides partner companies of the chemical industry with land, infrastructure and integrated site services. The range of services includes energy and media supply (electricity, steam, compressed air, water, nitrogen), logistics, storage and transport including hazardous goods storage by ship, road and rail, as well as maintenance and engineering, analytics, waste and wastewater disposal, authority management, strategic procurement, technical warehouse, plant and fire protection, occupational safety and an occupational health service. Interested companies currently have access to more than 20 hectares of contamination-free GI and GE open spaces located within the plant fence, ranging from 0.87 to 4.26 hectares. The infrastructure includes a ship landing pier, rail connection and a pipeline network with an ethylene connection; connection to the hydrogen core network is being planned. The chemical park belongs to the International Chemical Investors Group (ICIG).
