Chemservice is a consulting firm established in 2007 that operates globally and serves the chemical industry and its value chain. As an independent service provider, the company supports manufacturers, formulators, OEMs, article producers and distributors in reviewing, implementing and complying with national and international chemical regulations. The range of services includes REACH consulting including the Only Representative function and OR-Trustee system, approval of active substances and biocidal products under the Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR), classification and labelling under GHS/CLP as well as the creation and translation of safety data sheets in 22 of the 24 EU official languages. In addition, consortium management (REACH, K-REACH, K-BPR, KKDIK) with Letter-of-Access and data management, procedures for substances of very high concern (SVHC) such as AfA, CSR, SEA, AoA and RMOA, as well as supply chain compliance and product regulations (RoHS, WEEE, ELV, VOC). The interdisciplinary team consists of scientists from the fields of chemistry, biology, toxicology and environmental sciences.
